Very nice place! Not a far walk from Rupp Arena. Loved the fact the main entrance, elevator and room all required access Positive: Very clean!! Comfortable bed and perfect size! Negative: We liked everything! No complaints!

Positive: Walkable to downtown and our daughters dorm. Negative: The 2nd bed was a cot, not even a pullout couch bed as described - this needs to be properly disclosed. We were traveling with our son and his very pregnant wife. We ended up sleeping on the couch and cot.
